Keep Open House Chicago Free
Chicago is a city of 200 neighborhoods. By exploring new communities, we discover the complex cultures and histories of our city and ourselves.
In Open House Chicago, the Chicago Architecture Foundation invites you to uncover the stories behind these neighborhoods. Open House Chicago is a free, annual weekend festival that offers behind-the-scenes access to 150 buildings across the city. Explore repurposed mansions, hidden rooms, sacred spaces, private clubs, iconic theatres, offices, hotels and more—all for free.
Keep Open House Chicago free and accessible to all by donating to the Chicago Architecture Foundation. Then, on October 18-19, 2014, join Chicagoans and visitors to get out there and see the city like never before!
